In Ancillary Services team our objective is to ensure that airlines, travel agencies as well individual customers have a wide range of options to offer, order and shop for ancillary products (flight elements like baggage, selected seats and multiple other facilities). Our team consists of experts from various business domains like shopping, pricing, customer record and fulfillment. This allows us to deliver innovative, best in class merchandising capabilities to the marketplace. Merchandising is a key part of airline strategy to increase revenue, while at the same time improving the customer's end-to-end experience. Team members gain wide experience in Sabre business domains while building innovative solutions that will change the industry. What will you be doing? Your role will be to develop highest quality code solutions for Ancillary Services applications and services. You will collaborate with Scrum team members from concept, through refinement, development and verification of delivered features. At the same time you will have the opportunity to learn new technologies, tools as well as gain a lot of air travel industry business expertise. Job Requirements Who are we looking for? We would like to hire a passionate software developer with a proactive mindset and problem solving skills. One who is ready to face technical challenges along with her/his Scrum team and to ensure top quality of developed software on daily basis. Ideally, you should have 2-4 years of experience in development and deployment of Java 8 applications . Familiarity with any other JVM based languages is nice to have. Additionally, experience with Java related frameworks like RxJava , Spock , Spring , Camel would definitely be an advantage.
